ASKING FOR RECOMMENDATION

Hiii! Recently I want to learn the Japanese language, and am wondering if you know any Japanese reality/variety show like Running Man? please drop some recommendations.

I get to know and become familiar with Korean culture and language because of Running Man, and am hoping this will work for Japan too.
