Any Dino-Game Girlies? (Path of Titians/The Isle, etc)

I've been seeing a lot of clips online from two dinosaur MMO's that are in early access right now, mainly The Isle and Path of Titans.

I've always been a bit of a dinosaur fan, and I adore the idea of these sorts of dino-survival games. I really wanna play every time I see a clip online! But I also know I'm not good at PvP combat like, at all. Also these sorts of games seem to be rampant with griefers and people who just enjoy messing with others, and that pisses me off. I get so upset about it, and it ruins my fun.

For example, I used to play Sea of Thieves and Red Dead Online, but spent most of my time staying far away from other players as much as possible. I was harassed a lot on both games for playing female characters and having an obviously female gamertag. Both of those games were only playable for me because I had a good-sized group I played with most of the time. Safety in numbers, right?

Unfortunately, I don't have any more gaming friends, as the group I used to play with slowly fell apart several years ago due to everyone's lives just moving on in different directions. So is life, I suppose.
But I miss gaming with friends, and I really don't trust just looking for random discords for either game.

Does anyone here play any of these sorts of games? If so, what are your experiences with them, and do you recommend them, or any specific communities around them, for someone like me?
