Skin peeling for seemingly no reason

It isn't red. I haven't got a sun burn. It isn't itchy. It is just peeling. And only on my arms. I changed allergy meds recently from Zyrtec to Claritin (side effects, Zyrtec was making me super hungry all the time) and maybe it's the Claritin or the long term effects of Zyrtec but if it was an allergy i would expect it to be itchy and red. Not just peeling off in these weird little circles that keep running into each other. I'm tempted to ask my dermatologist but it isn't really bothering me. It is just weirdly there.
