Anyone here a patient of Dr. Thea Price at Mayo?

I want to see if anyone else here has been working with her. She and her team have changed my husband's life for the better, an actual light at the end of the tunnel. Because he works full time and needs his job for the good health insurance, we have had to go a lot slower than she wished. His first 3 surgeries were essentially 'cleanings' and I cannot believe how fast his recovery was, we were able to focus on healing over pain management. We are cutting out skin for surgery #4, but way less than if we had gone somewhere else initially and just got the deroofing like so many others have had to do. They will be using a wound vac and I think fish skin? Idk but it's something newer for HS.

Thank you Dr. Price for giving my husband a chance at a real future. She has stated she wished she could see patients at the start, at stage 1, before it ever snowballed to the awful state my husband ended up in. I do not know when she is publishing, but there is so much more hope and real results coming for the average person with HS. She is developing techniques so that even folks in places such as rural Africa can get care for this cruel disease.
