Can my kitten sense whenever im upset? (Rant/vent?)

I have a 2month old kitten. Half Turkish angora half Persian, she’s white with heterchromia eyes(one is blue the other hazel/olive green?
I cry a lot for her. Especially she’s been recently diagnosed with fungal infection, I cried so much as soon as I knew about it. that day, my eyes were red from crying. I’ve only gotten her for a month and a half now but I genuinely feel like she cured a lot of aspects in my life, I love her presence around me and I wish to protect her. I brought her for one purpose and one purpose only: for her to live a happy, healthy life for 15-20years. Until I become an adult, and I wish to take care of her as much as I can. She’s my baby, and I want to be a grandma for her children too. I genuinely cherish her so much.
today, I felt like she disliked me. Idk why. I just felt like that due to some of her actions, and I also felt a bit in a depressive state so I went onto my bed and lied down, covered myself with a blanket. And just started crying silently, I didn’t know what to do. I was crying bc of school stress bc of everything clashing in my life, only for her to finish eating, then climb up my bed, go on top of me covered with a blanket, and start purring and kneading. She goes into this little opening of the blanket only to go on top of belly with her two hands and her legs standing which I found adorable. she started kneading on the side of my waist or belly? Does that make sense please? Anywho she also meowed twice. And I cried even more after that, I love her so much I swear. I don’t know what I’ll do without her and I’m scared she’ll vanish away from me any second.

Currently she’s cleaning herself beside me lol, she’s lying down just like me, and I find it so cute. I love her
