I built an expense tracker with AI Voice & OCR features. Users love the free version, but 0% are upgrading. Help?

I launched my expense tracker DaySpend about a month ago. I’ve managed to get some steady initial downloads, but I’m hitting a wall: zero conversions to premium.
I’ve integrated some "high-value" AI features that I thought would be the main drivers, but clearly, I’m missing something.
The Premium Tier includes:
- AI Voice Dictation: Users can just speak their expenses.
- OCR Receipt Scanning: Capture invoices with the camera.
- Data Portability: Full Import/Export capabilities.
- Customization: Unlimited custom categories.
The Tech: Built with Flutter and RevenueCat for subscriptions.
I’m starting to wonder: Is the "utility" of AI dictation not clear enough? Is the paywall appearing at the wrong time? Or is the finance niche just too saturated for a new sub model?
I’d love some brutal honesty on the feature set or how to better communicate the value of the AI tools
