Why is Witch Hat Atelier written so differently?
I've just started reading Witch Hat Atelier recently and I can't help but notice a few instances in which Kamome uses super descriptive language as if its not a manga with pictures? namely in chapter 12 when Coco's hands are described as having "The ink-smeared, callused fingers of a child just learning how to cast" and in the very next chapter Coco describes the powders by saying one was "seafoam" and another was "the color of dried leaves" Does the author have some form of experience in writing traditional literature that I'm unaware of?
