No credit seminar, but transcript is confusing. How to input into AMCAS? Is this going to cause a problem?

My school required a no credit seminar “course” every semester that was mainly just attendance with a grade. However my transcript lists this as 0.5 credits attempted with a note stating “0.5 hours excluded from earned hours but included in GPA.” BUT earned credits are always listed as 0 regardless of grade. I called my school to ask what students usually do when submitting to AMCAS and they said I should list it as 0 credits. However I know there’s an emphasis on inputting things exactly as they appear on your transcript, but if I were to list 0.5 for these “courses,” my GPA would certainly get messed up. I currently have those courses listed as 0 credits - do you think this is going to be a problem? AMCAS should be able to see the note for those courses on my transcript under every semester, right?
