Fenix 6 Pro Sync Issue

I wear my Garmin 6 Pro all day and night, including during sleep. The most frustrating part is that almost every morning, it’s out of sync, and I have to sync it manually just to see my sleep score. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
