Cant pick between iems vs headphones

I am a college student, and I am thinking of getting a new audio device since my previous one is not working. I would like advice on choosing between the Sennheiser ACCENTUM PLUS (headphones) and the Crinear Daybreak (IEMs). My previous device was the Truthear Red.
