I think my wireless headset is picking up my neighbors wfh calls

The weirdest thing happened to me today. I kept getting phone calls for someone else. after talking to my IT department at length we think that my wireless headset which is my personal gaming headset is picking up my neighbor’s (who also works from home) calls. It’s the weirdest thing. The phone rings, but it doesn’t sound like the ring from my teams or my phone network and then all of a sudden I’m talking to somebody without pushing any buttons. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
