Does anyone else get major anxiety spikes right before the weekend if no plans have been made? I like to know what I'll be doing on the weekend so I have something to look forward to.
I'm not sure if this is an anxiety or OCD thing, or both, so I've posted on both subreddits to get some feedback. But can anyone relate to this?
If I don't have at least a general plan of what I'll be doing on the weekends I have major anxiety spikes on Fridays. I'm in this situation right now as I'm typing. I usually like to have my weekends planned out by Thursday evening, but this week there are no set plans yet and I've spent the first hour at work unable to focus on anything except figuring out a plan.
Can anyone relate or give advice on how to decrease my anxiety around weekend plans as it sometimes affects my performance at work because if I'm too anxious I cannot focus properly.
Please help, thank you.
