Type-A girlfriend
I (21M) am currently in my last year at university and dating a girl (21F). We both met in first year and were on and off until third year (current) and started seeing each other more often. Some context: we are from different socio-economic backgrounds (her family is much more well off) and different ethinicties. I grew up in a big city and she grew up more rural but despite this, we have always had a lot of chemistry and she is very good looking and has a lot going for her.
After seeing each other aside from just nights out, we quickly encountered issues that we hadn’t before. She goes to bed and wakes up much earlier than me and this was always a point of contention. She is also a runner and only likes to run in the mornings. Most of the FWBs, I’ve had at uni stayed over till 1-2pm after sleeping over at mine but she wants to leave at 8-9am. To compromise we made a rule where we both wake up at 8:30-9am on nights we stay over. (1-2 nights a week) Quickly after this, she went back on this and started suggesting that she cant do this and she instead does not wanna sleep over (as it disrupts her sleep quality and makes her very anxious).
Due to this, we ended our talking stage. A few days later, she teaching out and apologisrd saying she misses me and wants to give it another go but we can stay over a few nights a week as long as we leave early. She said she really likes me and tbf I also really like her but I made it clear that I can’t compromise on the staying over. She agreed to this but then now has started complaining again.
Just for clarification, everytime I go over we have sex and she is okay with that but she doesnt want me to sleep the night after in her bed. (We live a 20 min walk from each other). She also plans out her entire day in time blocks and says she gets very anxious if she cant stick to this.
Do I try and continue negotiating with her or end it? Despite really liking other parts of her personality.
