Deebot Y1 Pro’s Wifi/SSID issue

Hello folks, is there anyone who can help with changing my ecovacs deebot Y1 pro’s SSID?

It stopped connecting to the app randomly one day after 2 years of functioning. The robot still works absolutely fine, but its SSID is not showing up, and because of it I can’t use the app. I can still run manually with physical button without all the app benefits.

I have reset it completely and finally looks like it is communicating as AP (access point) with 8 character SSID, which looks like mac ID, formatted like this xx:xx:xx. I tried connecting to this SSID on phone and used the SSID as the password as well and voila it connected.

But I still cannot pair the robot and the app. As the app wants the SSID to be ECOVACS_xxxx (xxxx being the bar code last 4 digits)

Can anyone help? This would be super helpful. I am trying to save money. These things are so expensive.
