Who do you contact for getting a HES email address?

I was an employee at another Harvard school, but I quit my job 6 months ago and am still a HES student. My old email is still active and is still my HarvardKey. I started a new job affiliated with one of the hospitals. I thought my email/HarvardKey would switch to my hospital email (they also use Harvard email), but it turns out everyone with more than one affiliation still keeps their other Harvard email and we just get the hospital email in addition.

I get like 100 work emails a day even though it’s been 6 months. I constantly miss school related emails. And it’s super annoying bc HES transferred one of my tuition payments to the school I used to work for bc they assumed I was as student there based on my email address even tho I am a registered student in DCE.

So anyway is there a way to fix it? Idk who to contact.
