Sent a person a "nude" on Facebook messenger

This is from awhile ago. The person is from Africa and I sent them a picture of a dudes a## I found on Google images. They sent me a screenshot photo of the facebook messenger convo with my picture and full real name with "I miss you". I quickly freaked out and blocked them and reported them with a confirmed account deletion message. The picture again, is not me, just got a random photo of someone with their face not showing. But I'm still worried they will message my family on Facebook with the screenshot and ask for money. What to do?
