🧩 The Problem → Product Framework
Not every idea should become a product.
Before building anything, try to break the problem down like this:
1️⃣ Who has the problem?
Is it creators, freelancers, online sellers, small business owners, developers, students, or marketers?
2️⃣ What exactly is painful?
Is it time-consuming, repetitive, confusing, expensive, manual, or hard to organize?
3️⃣ How do people solve it today?
Do they use spreadsheets, Notion, Google Docs, screenshots, multiple tools, manual copy/paste, or no system at all?
4️⃣ Why is the current solution bad?
Too slow? Too expensive? Too complicated? Easy to forget? Hard to scale?
5️⃣ What is the simplest possible solution?
Not a huge platform.
Not a complicated app.
Just the smallest useful tool that makes the problem easier.
💡 Example:
Problem:
Small business owners waste time creating daily social media content.
Current solution:
They manually think of ideas, write captions, design posts, and schedule them.
Simple product idea:
A tool that generates a 30-day content plan with captions, image prompts, and hashtags based on the business type.
🎯 Your turn:
Drop one problem below and try to turn it into a simple product idea using this framework.
