Traffic police issued wrong challans

I randomly check e challan website from time to time. Recently i saw that i had two challans wrongfully done on the same signal.

In both challans my car was on zebra crossing line while the signal light was green and not red. I don't understand the stupidity of this department, don't know if they are blind. But each challan is worth 3000 and I am not going to pay for something which I didn't commit wrongly.

I applied for review but they straight away rejected without bothering to give reason. That's punjab traffic police for you guys.

Is there any way to deal with this issue ? Or anyone came across something similar?
