Best Books for a Newbie to Warhammer?

Hello, I’ve recently began to enjoy Warhammer 40K quite a bit. I’ve played some video games and watched some YouTube videos about the lore but I want more details and stories. I don’t know if I should try reading the books chronologically or pick a random book. Any recommendations are welcome, I don’t care if the book is physical, electronic or an audio book! Please and thank you
