Need help validating IKEA kitchen technical plan for builders (outlets + plumbing)

Looking for

Hi everyone,

I’m in a bit of a stressful situation and could really use some advice.

My house is currently under construction, and the builders urgently need the technical kitchen plan so they know where to place:

  • electrical outlets
  • water connections
  • drain pipes
  • appliance connections

I designed my kitchen using IKEA cabinets and created the drawings/layout myself. IKEA did send me a generic technical plan, but it’s not specific to my kitchen layout, so I still need help making sure everything is positioned correctly.

I also contacted the person who was supposed to install the kitchen, but he has been completely unresponsive. Since the construction is still ongoing, I feel like he just isn’t prioritizing it right now.

I’m not a specialist, so now I’m worried about making mistakes with the positioning of plumbing or electrical points. I already made the drawings based on the IKEA plan, but I’d really appreciate if someone with experience could:

  • review the plans
  • tell me if anything looks wrong
  • point out common mistakes
  • advise on outlet/plumbing positioning for IKEA kitchens

The builders need this ASAP, so any help would honestly mean a lot.

Thanks in advance!
