Anyone Black Screening with Rs2 Client Crashes?

Each time I teleport / Load I continually Black screen the game window. Client crashes, however only 1 screen crashes as I am dual logging?

So confused,

Having a Litany of PC problems lately, and an RMA PSU on the way today, however I'm not entirely convinced it's a PSU problem though upon testing it's clearly dipping in my 12v 5.5v etc.

I have ran my computer through OCCT, Hwin64, Tested CPU / RAM / GPU.. I'm at a loss, If anyone enjoys RS3, and Nerds out with PC Diagnostics, I would absolutely take some direction on troubleshooting.
