Shaft/flight problem

I recently bought the red dragon nitrotech shafts and some red dragon hardcore xt flights (100 micron thickness) and now ive run into a problem. I cant get the flights onto the shaft... I tried searching for tips to place them but nothing worked, anyone with some good tips?
