Someone uploaded a research paper using my name as an author but I have not coauthored that paper

Hi folks,

Today when I went to my ResearchGate profile I noticed that a research paper (that I have not actually coauthored) has been added to my profile. The weirdest part is that though the paper lists two authors, the uploaded public pdf version has only my name on it (no affiliation) - however I do not have the slightest idea about this paper/research nor the coauthor of the paper.

Has anyone else seen this happen to them where a paper is added using their name?

What have you done in this case if you had similar experiences?

Also to add more context that in the research world not a lot of people are there who has the same name as me (Somdip Dey), let alone another author with the exact same name
