Crawling one

Is it possible to beat the crawling one with only 1 black cat ring. This fuckass boss ive been having to replay that weird as death scene over and over again for an hour now. It kills me everytime i get to the second phase bruh, can i cheat or cheese it somehow (i only have 1 black cat ring). Do i just do another run 🥲
