odor eliminator safe for plants

hi so we have unofficially adopted cats. what i mean by that, meron kasi kaming "stray" na alaga, 1 momma and 5 kittens. i say unofficially adopted bc i feed and care of them, they stay and live here samin pero theyre outside cats lang. di sila sa loob ng bahay.
they stay sa back area namin and yung setup kasi, merong area na puro bato tas merong plant box na semento like built in sa bahay. and sa plant box na yon may mga nakatanim na na halaman. they already have a litter box pero kasi minsan dun pa rin sila nagpoop and pee sa mga bato at plant box. it's starting to smell and im wondering if anyone can recommend odor eliminators that are safe if sprayed directly on plants or little on soil? and ofc safe for the cats. best option would be to change the soil pero thats not possible for now eh. so can anyone help please? thank you huhu
