Looking for app developer for a small job

Hey guys, I tried posting this in so many other subs but it kept getting removed I think because I don't have much karma so hopefully this works.

I'm looking for a developer (student or early career totally welcome) to help build a small app I've been designing with ClaudeAI for my brother who has a mental disability. On the app he would be able to check off chores, submit photos for my approval, and earn points he can redeem for things he loves. The goal is to also scale back the rewards over time so these become habits.

The app is already fully designed! I've got a working interactive prototype and a detailed feature summary. Claude tells me "hard part" is already done, I just really need help getting it live (which... hopefully thats true)

What it needs:

• React Native (iOS focus, just two users)
• Simple backend/database (Firebase would work great)
• Push notifications
• Photo upload and storage
• Two account types (open access user & password protected admin)

What I can offer:

• A complete clickable prototype to work from
• Clear documentation
• Compensation (I'm working with a personal budget so I'm flexible, but I also want to pay fairly for your time!!)

I'm thinking this would also make a really solid portfolio piece since it's a real, thoughtful app with a meaningful purpose!! I'm going to potentially also reach out to the CS department head at my alma matter to see if this would be a good project but figured I'd try here first.
