Cooked… even after improving

I got a 3.8 or so this semester after a bad first sem but my gpa is still very low. I think I proved myself I am not that stupid and can get good grades but because of my calc 1 mark (idk wtf I was doing) my gpa is still shy of 3.6. What should I do? I’m so mad I worked so hard this semester! Should I officially call it quits.
