Asymmetrical bone scaling

Hi everyone, I was doing some posing stuff, and when I wanted to add a small detail on my ragdoll I noticed that I couldn't scale bone only in one way. I tried different addons (Advanced Bone Tool, Ragdoll Mover, Overhauled Bone Tool), but they all couldn't let me scale bone/body part only in one direction. Am I dumb or is there zero way scaling bone only in one direction? If someone can answer me about my problem thank you in advance 🙏
