I dated a Sex Worker a few years ago and every relationship has felt bland since.

About 5 years ago I went on a few dates with a girl and really got to like her. She opened up to me that she was a sex worker and made online content both regular and fetish, and just wanted to know if I was okay with this as it is a job she loved to do and wondered if would I be comfortable with it as she would would meet others and make content together. I told her that I had been in a one way open relationship before due to kink, so this was something I would be okay with.

We eventually amicably split after about 18 months as she was moving to the US to expand her career and work with larger creators etc. and I didn’t want to leave Europe but couldn’t and wouldn’t ask her to stay as it was something she was set on doing.

I have been in a few short term and 1 long term relationships since but I don’t find the excitement the same with people who like a relatively vanilla sex life. I don’t know if it’s just that I find people who do SW more open minded, less judgmental, and adventurous in everyday life or if I just am thinking crazy? It just feels like there is a spark missing even if the people I have met and been with have been lovely and great people.

Any advice at all would be appreciated.
