States or provinces where we do Vascular Access

Howdy my Brothers and Sisters in Snot. Here in AZ (specifically the valley) vascular access (lines team) is almost exclusively RTs and my facility will soon have openings. I'm not sure where my family will be in 5-10 years due to heat and drought. I wanna know what states and or cities have RTs placing lines because I'm trying to decide between lines or PICU. I know PICUs are everywhere, but I want to know how limited Vascular might be. Canada or the few other countries with RT are also on the table.
