Goodwill outlet bins moved, so, I can't get things for 20 cents anymore, now I have to pay 10 dollars for things I use to pay 30 cents for at the Goodwill outlet bins, what is the best/cheapest substitute if the Goodwill outlet bins becomes unvaailable to somebody?

I used to go to the Goodwill bins to purchase things very cheaply, but, recently they moved the Goodwill outlet store many miles outside of town, so, stuff I used to get for like 20 cents is now 10 dollars at other places, even if you try to source it on Ebay or the Dollar Store it is ridiculously expensive, what have most people found is the best substitute to getting things incredibly cheap if the Goodwill Outlet bins becomes unavailable to them?
