0% of people fail not because of their idea, but because they can't stay in the game long enough.

I’ve realized that most "failed" businesses didn't actually fail; the owner just stopped showing up. I recently worked with a lawyer 5 years in the industry, sharp as a tack. She came to me through a friend. She wanted to start her own Online business something like selling online. She had tried Etsy, Shopify, everything. She’d get a few sales, get excited, and then... life happened. Family drama, a hectic week at the firm, or just feeling drained.

She even went through a rough breakup 3 months ago that almost broke her discipline completely. She tried every tracker app and "discipline course" out there, but nothing stuck.

I decided to try something different with her. No more apps. Just me. I became her daily accountability partner. We planned the morning, I’d ping her mid-day, and we reviewed the night. No judgment, just "Did we do the work?"

Fast forward 2 months: She’s finally consistent. Her online store is actually making decent revenue. Last week, she called me from Egypt. She took her family and her staff on a trip. Seeing her break that cycle of "starting and stopping" was better than any profit margin.
