How Do I Create My First MW2 TU9 Mod Menu? Beginner Looking for Help

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to learn how to create a mod menu for Modern Warfare 2 TU9 as a beginner project.

I’ve seen that most MW2 TU9 mod menus require adding three files to make the menu work in-game, but I’d like to understand how those files are created and how they work together.

My goal is to learn the basics and eventually build my first MW2 TU9 mod menu from scratch.

If anyone has beginner-friendly advice, useful resources, or can explain the general process, I’d really appreciate it.
