Bleeding/Spotting at 9 weeks!!! Is this normal?

I have a cyst and a fibroid. I went to pee and saw red blood stain on my panty having the size of 2-3 inches. When I wipes I could wipe red blood like the first day of period and then upon second wipe it was pinkish probably diluted by discharge. After half an hour I didn't stain my panty but when I wipe I see a bit of blood. I don't have any pain or cramps.My doctor has asked me to take tranexamic acid and to wait and see. If it doesn't stop I'll have to go to the ER. I feel it has stopped now but I'm still worried. I have an appointment tomorrow and they'll tell me if baby is ok. Last time we went at 8w4 days baby's heartbeat was 176 which is good. Has anyone else experienced this?
