What is your custom curse technique?

Curse Technique: 3 Barks. This creates 3 shikigami hovering around you representing legislation, executive and judicial. Legislative will take your laws(the form of paper talisman you write with golden ink on your fingers) you wish to inflict upon both the user and opponent, or object. Opponents can take them and write laws on it too.Then the legislative will give the law to the executive for enforcing the law but must hit the opponent/object they want to inflict the law on. The executive shikigami can be launched at the opponent, and can’t take no damage while not doing damage to the opponent(unless the shikigami bites them). The judicial shikigami can review the law and negate it if it’s too unbalanced(like killing the opponent). 

Domain Expansion: Equal Grounding: this makes 3 rooms without walls with hundreds of pups around the room, with the 3 shikigami on stands waiting for a law to be suggested. The user can freely move around, but if the opponent steps on a pup, the pup will bite and rip out a chunk of CT(if there’s not enough CE, the pup will just rip a chunk of the closest body part). Both sides can ask for a law, but the use can go first. If the user gives good reasons or reasons(with dog treats or breaking the barrier immediately) the executive shikigami can immediately inflict the law on the opponent only, it being permanently unless removed by judicial shikigami. The judicial shikigami can also remove binding vows.

Maximum: Rule Breaker: This combines all broken rules and turns to a CE bone, which can boomerang and slice through object but if an opponent is hit, the bone will cause a sentence of either imprisonment(limited time with unbreakable cuffs or warranted search(gains info on the opponent C/:Binding Vow/DE)
