White bump on nipple

Hey, EBF 7mo little one, had a clogged duct the past couple days that got resolved today with some clever positioning and heat, phew. However when I showered just now I noticed a white bump, resembling a whitehead but a little whiter and more underground I guess.. tried to hand express in the shower but it stayed while I sprayed the shower wall. The nipple has been incredibly sore with this bout of clog and it's still sore on the side where the bump is. Any ideas what this might be? What do?
