PEF tuition reimbursement

Has anybody that’s submitted tuition reimbursement requests in the last 6 months seen any movement? I’ve been taking advantage of the 5k a year for the last few years, and while I understand it was always slow moving, longest I’ve waited was probably 3-4 months before I’d get notification that my request had gone under review.

I submitted the latest request back in late December, and still haven’t had a status change. Getting ready to submit for my spring semester now that it’s concluded. I remember seeing an email late last year where they were pausing all reimbursements for the year until Jan 1, 2026, so I assume that’s caused quite a backlog. But I’m curious if anyone has had their request status change and when you submitted to get an idea as to the lead time on getting approved?
