Confusion on Offers b/w Deloitte USI or Airtel Digital Xtelify

Hi Folks,

I have currently two offers from airtel digital and deloitte usi kind of same ctc -

From Deloitte USI - 11.8 fixed + 0-10% bonus + 150k joining bonus as Consultant
From Airtel Digital - 13.5 fixed as Sr. SRE DBA

Actually I live in Delhi NCR and airtel location - gurugram and deloitte location - bangalore

What should I join airtel is nearby from by current location and for deloitte I have to relocate to bangalore.

Can anyone explain which one should I join in terms of learning, growth and overall my role is DBA ?
