Trying to Find This Game From a Trailer - Driving Me Crazy

I’m like 90% sure this game is on Steam, either in beta/early access or maybe fully released by now. I cannot remember the name and it’s been bothering me all day.

Here’s everything I remember from the trailer:

• It starts with prisoners locked up in a town or camp
• One of them escapes and possibly frees the others
• They slowly build up their own settlement from a small camp into a full village/base
• You can expand territory and eventually take over towns
• I vaguely remember them fighting a troll or some giant creature in the trailer

The game had a medieval/fantasy survival or strategy vibe.

That’s literally all I remember, but I know someone here has to know what this is lol.
