Looking for Queer Parent Meetups / Community in the Buffalo Grove area

My wife and I have a one year old and we’ve been trying to find more queer parent/community spaces in the Buffalo Grove area. We were wondering if anyone knows of any LGBTQ+ parent groups, organizations, meetups, playgroups, or even just queer-friendly hangout spots where families tend to connect. It feels like every year there’s a great turn out at the BG Pride parade and then people go into hiding or something haha…

We’d especially love anything geared toward parents with younger kids/toddlers. We’re mostly just looking to meet other queer families and build more community locally.

We will definitely be at the BG Pride parade this year and happy to introduce ourselves.
