Welcome to USPS Ghost Carriers: The Manifesto & The Rules
If you are reading this, you found the right place.
I created this page because the old guard and the gatekeepers are failing the next generation of letter carriers. I am highly active on From A to Arbitration, but when I tried to share safety checklists and real-world survival tactics on the main USPS page, the mods permanently banned and silenced me.
I am not okay with that. So, we built our own table. If you try to silence a ghost, the ghost will haunt you.
What this community is about:
Empowering the Voiceless: CCAs and new regulars, you have the strongest presence in this room. We are here to educate the workforce and enforce the contract.
Positive Reinforcement & Change: We build each other up. Surviving miles of pavement every day requires real mental grit and a focus on physical health and functional recovery. We talk about route survival inside and out.
Open Debate: Debate is how you move forward. We don't lock threads just because people disagree.
Public Welcome: Customers and the public are encouraged to join, ask questions, and see what actually goes on behind the scenes to get their mail delivered.
The One Rule on Calling People Out:
This is an open page. If you want to name names and call out toxic management or complacent stewards, you are free to do so. But understand this: if you step into the arena, be prepared for the backlash. The community will debate you, and we will not protect you from the heat. Bring facts, or get humbled.
Protect the carriers. Expose the system.
