Is taking an education loan for IIITs like Bhubaneshwar, Raichur, Kancheepuram etc a wise decision if a person has family income less than 1L and is general (didn't get ews cuz middleman asked 5K for approval), rank around 72K?

are NE NITs better option like NIT Agartala or should he look for state colleges? (HS unlucky asf UP)
