Chat bug

Anybody else have issues when opening chat on pc in-game with H key then pressing enter key to type and everything gets stuck like I can't press anything or exit the only fix for me is to f4 the game and re starting it, sure I can avoid it by not doing typing in chat but it is very annoying not being able to answer people in chat or accidentally hitting enter when chat is open and it fucks my game :(
