Discipline is easy when life is good. It’s the "bad days" that kill your dreams.

Most of us are great at starting things. We get that burst of motivation, buy the domain, and work for 3 days. But what happens when you have a bad day at work? Or when you’re dealing with a breakup?

I met a client who was stuck in this loop. She’s a professional lawyer, very successful in her career, but her dream was to start something of her own online. Every time she started, she’d hit a wall work pressure or personal trauma from a past relationship would pull her back into a dark place. She’d spend days just feeling stressed, and her goals would gather dust.

She didn't need another productivity book. She needed a human to answer to. We started a daily check-in system. I’d remind her of her "Why" in the middle of her busy office hours. We tracked progress, not perfection.

Two months later, it finally clicked. She built her business while managing her law career. She’s in Egypt right now on a vacation she paid for with her own business earnings. If you're struggling, stop looking for a better app and find someone to keep you honest.
