How to get a proper human respond from a webform

Hi everyone,

I need some advice regarding my Canadian study permit application.

I submitted my study permit application on November 24, 2025, and it has now been more than five months with no proper update.

I have already raised two webforms, but every time I only receive a generic or automated response. It does not really answer my concern or tell me what is happening with my application.

Has anyone here faced a similar situation where their study permit was delayed for more than 5 months? What did you do after receiving only generic webform replies?

Also, is there any specific way to write a webform so that it gets reviewed by an actual officer or human instead of just receiving an automatic response?

Any advice from people who went through this would be really helpful.
