How to stop every update from installing trash apps on my phone?

Galaxy S23 Ultra here - every update I see these obsurd trash new games on my phone. At one point when I finally noticed I literally had to manually uninstall 20 obscure games. What is this trash?

Is there a setting or option to keep these useless apps from being installed on my phone without my permission / knowledge? Who thinks this is actually a good idea? 🤣

Pls
