Recipes for llama meat?

My dad loves unusual meats and keeps buying it. We had bison, reindeer, wild boar, etc. This time, he brought home llama meat. Its a top leg, seems fairly lean. I am from Central Europe and never cooked llama in my life, this is my first time seeing it. I was shocked he could even buy it here!

I tried googling but I only got some recipes in spanish that auto translate struggles with. Does anyone have tips or recipes on how to prepare this, cook it and serve it? It seems it is used for cooking in some South American countries so if someone is from there, I would love tips!
