Pata hai aaj kya hua

A lil bit of pre context I had a very ugly breakup and ex cheated on me with another dude and so forth the begging and so on the depression bla bla bla

After almost 10 months i somehow got myself on my feet left everything and

guess what yesterday while me being in my office I get a call from her mother's phone number while directly gets blocked by Truecaller 3 times and I was ok who tf is this....then I call my bro this this shit is happening what should I do(btw this is all at my workplace) he said pick it up and even for me it felt like correct option I picked it up the girl was like"I came to kokan with my family and the sea shells u gave me , I miss you"etc etc the call time was 5mins 20 secs nothing much asked Abt family bas..

Uske baad I was filled with joy the rest of the day not Bec ex called and i forgot all the trauma but Bec i faced the situation and came home unscathed whole 6 months back would follow by hyper ventilation, tearing up and what not...

So me and my bros decided that we would tell this to her boyfriend that she called and all Bec he had \*\*THREATEND ME LAST DECEMBER\*\* typical gunda mawali vibes....

After then I was like I nah this bad so went on full NC and then this happened but.....

The same morning of today (my practicals are going on) this dude calls me at 3AM 9 times and btw the guy didn't had my number before he used to call me to threaten from her number

So i thought when I woke up i thought it's some emergency from my family uk when ur parents numbers aren't reachable they call me

And first thing I hear is "CAN YOU PICK HER UP , WE ARE HERE \\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_ LOCATION" I was like ok what I don't know what happened......

So i ended the call and called again and she picked up and said they reached home at 12am she told the guy she called me and idk what happened the fight or etc they were on streets till 3am

Then when I called back I told her "are these decisions your mom and grandmas expect you to make "for barely 2mins and the guy straight up starts abusing me like for real abusing me bad \*\*THREATING\*\*

Then i contacted her from her number but it said switched off etc etc I kept call till 5am but then....I left

Went to college at 9am gave my pracs talked to my bros they said u need to call him and make him understand what he's doing is harrasment there is no relation whatever insecurities and whatever that bullshit is he needs to stop.

And we tried to call him on same number he didn't received it so my concern is 1) how he got my number Bec of she gave it it's privacy breach also knowing the fact I'm the ex

2)I'm kinda scared Bec what if she leaked my address as i mentioned he is kinda gunda mawali type what if does that facade near my home Bec a guy who's ready to fight w his girl at 2am on road he can do anything....

SO WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST CASE SCENARIO FOR ME FROM HERE

WE DECIDED ON MONDAY WILL TALK TO GUY, HOW CAN HE ABUSE HE HAS NO RIGHT TO HARRASS ME.... SECONDLY TALK TO MOM.OF THE GIRL TO HANDLE HER GIRLS FLINGS OE WHATEVER AND HER GIRLS BOYFRIEND....

AND IF I GOT THESE CALLS AGAIN WILL JUST FILE A HARRASMENT CASE AGAINST HIM AND ALL EVERYONE WHO IS INVOLVED.....

SO PLEASE GUYS MAKE YOURSELF ELOQUENT THODA PADHLENA POVS DE DENA....

Should I take legal actions...
