Help with the white wolper.

i want him to be fully white (and if i have the very lucky oportunity for it to be female even better) , but i dont know how to achive that.. i dont have female wolpers and all the white horses i have when i breed them they end up as the mother's species... i want to keep the traits (or at least these: Brush Tail, stillfluff, bunny fur, downflece, whisperful mane and squirrel ears) and the eyes to be blue... idk if anyone could help, share tips or something?
