Need QC

Hi all,

Quick question. I am a Traditional Reservist, got 28 days of orders to go TDY. VA started a claim saying i was returned to AD and opened a claim/requested proof. Submitted orders and statements physically and electronically, WITH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of receipt from VA.

They closed the claim and turned everything off saying I didn’t respond or provide data.

VA agent says I need to file a Supplemental. My VSO said they would just file a 21-4138 and tell the VA to resume benefits at the end of the TDY orders.

I am not sure either “solution” is correct.

Any advice/thoughts?
